Cookie and Donut Pineapple Toppers Free Printable | Easy DIY for Tropical Themed Party

I am all about a quick and easy DIY to add a little something unique to a party. When I had the idea to plan a tropical themed party I also wanted to add a little bonus printable for you all to scoop up. It gets me thinking a little more about new elements to add that I might not otherwise. The goal of the party was to keep it low key, encouraging moms (or any party planner) to know that these parties are so achievable. That’s when I thought of doing the Donut Pineapple Toppers Free Printable.

These are super quick and so easy to do. Bonus, my kids thought they were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t keep their hands off them, ok it might actually only be because it was donuts but I like to think it’s also because of their cute pineapple tops. My friend Julie of Dear Loves Blog was also making a pineapple DIY and added the toppers to her cookies. Seriously you guys, her chocolate dipped Oreo Pineapple Cookies are the cutest! (coming to her blog soon!)

For my Donuts, I purchased regular glazed donuts and yellow icing. I used stripes and dots to add a fun pop of colour to the front. For the pineapple toppers I cut them out and taped them to a toothpick to insert into the donut. Easy peasy and just like that you have yourself a simple (and delicious) DIY every kid is going to gravitate to at your tropical party.

  • Road trips with kids (and a puppy!) are always.... entertaining. ha! It took us over six hours to get from our house to Apex Mountain (which should only take 4 hours) due to one of our children getting the flu along the way. Thankful that we fuelled up with @shell and checked out their healthier snack options before we left. Now we can fuel up and get snacks we feel good about at the same time. What's the longest road trip you've taken as a family? #shellpartner
  • Someone hit the double digits today! 🤭🤭 Happy Birthday Ezra!! Can’t even believe we have a 10 year old in the house. At dinner tonight we were talking and James said, “Ezra you are in your double digits making me feel old.” ... and he replied... “you guys aren’t old most of my friends parents are in their 40’s” Do kids really talk about their parents ages? 🤣
