Fun Water Recipe: Kiwi Mint with a Hint of Strawberry

Eats & Treats
5

I think every time I do a new flavoured fun water recipe it is my new favourite, and this is no exception for the newest addition, kiwi and mint with a hint of strawberry. I slurped this one up in no time and it was deee-lightful.

Kiwi and Mint with a Hint of Strawberry Water Recipe

What you need:

half a kiwi, sliced and peeled
5-10 mint leaves (depends on personal preference)
water
frozen strawberries

For this recipe I placed half of the kiwi and mint into the cup first, leaving one or two slices of kiwi out. With a fork I muddled the kiwi and mint together to allow the flavours to expand. Then fill the cup up with water and add the last pieces of kiwi (which is more for show than anything else). I topped up my glass with a handful of frozen strawberries, this not only makes the drink look more delicious, but as the strawberries unthaw they bring additional flavour to the drink that makes it just right!

Stay cool this summer and enjoy your water in a more exciting and refreshing way.

  • We just booked our hotel room for Portland next weekend and I am so looking forward to some girl time away. I'm packing the suspense novel "Into The Water" by Paula Hawkins and am looking forward to seeing where the story goes. A little uninterrupted reading without getting poked and pulled at ( like the flowers 😂 ) is going to be nice. What's on our want to read list?
