Ingredients:

Low Calorie Blueberry Vodka Drink Recipe

Directions:

  1. Fill up your glass with the desired amount of frozen blueberries and ice.
  2. Add a splash of SunRype Slim Blueberry Explosion and pour onto ice
  3. Add SunRype Slim Lemonade to fill up the rest of your glass
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge and/or blueberries. Enjoy!

  • Got to hang with some goats and do a little toga today, with about 400 other people. Have you tried goat yoga? Would you??
  • There’s some new faces around here and it’s been a while since I did a little intro, an about me per se... just a little bit more random.

1. I’ve lived in the same town my whole life. Some may think it’s boring.. I’d call it loyal 😅 .. either way, I know a lot about Abbotsford.
2. If you hold your hand up, palm facing away from you. Pull your thumb back and see how far you can go. Mine can touch the back of my arm, it’s forever been my “talent”.
3. It’s been 5 years (almost to the day) since I started my blog. Growing up I wanted to be a nurse, then went to school to be a police officer, changed gears into business and marketing, graduated with graphic design and its led me to hear. I never had big goals or felt like I was on the right path, but motherhood and this space has brought me all the feels.
4. We’ve been looking for land to grow some flowers of our own. My husband grew up on a flower farm (both the peonies and iris’ pictured are from their farm), property prices can just go ahead and come down a little now.
5. I don’t know if the feeling of being done is for real.. like we feel like we are done having kids but I’d be fibbing if I said it doesn’t come to mind every now and again.

  • “When’s the last time you did something for the first time?” Those were words spoken to our group before starting our Tough Mudder course this past weekend in Whistler. Holy moly guys, I was nervous getting started on that course. Let’s just say... nervous shits are real 😅😂🙊 but that’s what makes it so great. Doing something that literally scares the shit outta you. We all pushed through, all 16km and 25 obstacles and it was FUN, hard but really freaking fun. Even though I’m hobbling around today, dang foot cramp (and literally sore all over) I’m so pumped on doing something new, pushing myself and having such an amazing group of friends tackle it together.

PS our men of tough mudder not pictured but SO equally appreciated.
