For the past three years I have had the pleasure of working with IRIS as an ambassador. I’ve visited a few different locations and each time have felt over the top customer service and exceptional attention to detail from their optometrists.
Not only have they mastered the customer service game, they are also coming out strong in the eyewear frames department. This year they have launched their very own eyewear brand, LYA.

LYA, “love you all”, comes from a sentence that was often used by the former IRIS president. It is something he would say when finishing off conversations and a phrase that has held strong within the company.
The glasses frames are designed by Cendrine O, the daring designer behind the Ziggy, and Jean Reno.
The styles are very comparable to designer brands, though at a much more affordable cost. I’ve picked a few of my favorite styles, and as you can see I liked more than just a few.
The new LYA brand and frames are now available across Canada at all IRIS locations and coming soon online. Which are your favourite style?
