It’s that time of year again, when FlyOver Canada get’s a little bit spooky and biker mama the witch comes storming through the FlyOver Canada film to create HowlOver Canada. This family friendly Halloween event is sure to have your jaws drops with the stunning views and also kids cackling as they watch biker mama and friends make her way to the party.
If you haven’t been to a FlyOver Canada show in the past here is what to expect:
“Using advanced technology, we capture thrilling, authentic footage of real locations so riders can experience those places as they truly are. Special effects — including wind, mist and scents — combine with the ride’s motion to create an unforgettable experience.”
Pre-Show
Before each ride you are invited into a room for a pre-show. This sets the scene for the ride, introducing you to the key elements of the ride. For HowlOver Canada you’ll watch biker mama the witch be woken up, it may just be a little startling, and get us ready for a Halloween adventure.
During the Show
After the pre-show you will be lead in to board the ultimate flying ride. The room goes dark and your sets move forward to suspend you in front of a 20-metre spherical screen, making it feel as through you are truly flying over the beautiful sights before you. There’s nothing like seeing the gorgeous hay friends in Alberta and having the smell of fresh cut grass floating around your nose, or nearly touching the Niagara Falls and experiencing what feels like the mist from the falls. Nothing else like it.
After the Show
Make sure to check out gift shop for your photograph or a gift memento as well as The Flying Whale Waterfront Café to see all the HowlOver Canada themed treats. My kids were beyond thrilled to try the cake pops! Check out the image below for a little look at some of what they have to offer.
