If you are looking to get out of the city to rest and rejuvenate in nature, this could just be the spot for you! We are talking the most tranquil glamping experience at Cedar Grove located in Enderby, BC.
The canvas tent houses your bed, a bin of all the necessary kitchen supplies, blankets, pillows, and some decor to make the space feel like home. It’s tucked away in an old growth 4 acre forest, giving peace and quiet throughout your stay.

Nearby the glamping tent is a gas fireplace, picnic table and little propane BBQ for cooking. They even have a cooler for use on site for any food that you may bring along throughout the duration of your stay.
They’ve thought of it all when it comes to doing things eco-friendly, there’s no electricty avaliable so make sure you come prepared for that. The toilet is compostable and the lighting is all solar with a lamp inside the canvas tent. We found a charged external battery pack to charge our phone in with the cooking supplies as well which came in handy!
Waking up in the canvas tent is such a great experience, you get the feeling of camping with the crisp air, birds chirping and sun shining in, but you are beyond comfortable under a duvet blanket on a plush queen bed.
We loved visiting the lakes nearby, Ceder Grove offers kayaks to borrow throughout your stay as well, which is great granted you have a vehicle that can transport them to a lake nearby. We explored a few different lakes around the area, all good things to say.
The town of Enderby, BC also has a local market on Fridays, if you find yourself staying in over a Friday, go check out the market. We did not leave empty handed, lots of handmade goodness to be found from locals. Make sure to check out the wine lady, she was our favourite.
No matter the reason you want to get out of town and be off grid Cedar Grove is the perfect spot for adventure and relaxation.
