Summer has been in FULLLL swing here with my single momming it while James has worked away. I have been planning big day trips and making sure that I have packed up enough items to last us til the evening. Some of the most important items on my list are sun care products (sunscreen and sunglasses) and of course snacks! I’ve put together a list of some summer activities that we are checking off for summer as well as what’s in our summer activities bag.
Thankfully James got home a couple days ago and will be taking some time off so we will get some ample time to explore as a family. There are so many great places to explore in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t get everything crossed off the summer bucketlist, but here’s to hoping.

When packing up to go out on these adventures and activities there is one thing that comes with me everywhere, my sunglasses from IRIS.
Keeping your eyes protected from the sun is so important to keep them healthy. It’s fun to have multiple pairs of sunglasses to go with each outfit, but loading up on cheap sunglasses isn’t doing any benefits for protecting your eyes. As you can see above, I’ve chosen a frame that goes well with many different outfits, they have come with me on multiple adventures thanks to the great quality.
I’ve put together the top ten things in my summer bag, with a selection of my favorite sunglass styles. You can shop more high quality women’s sunglass looks here.
